At EYELUSH we are taking extra precautions to ensure that all orders are packed and delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. Australia post is still experiencing some delays, so please allow for that in your estimated delivery time frame.
All orders that are purchased with standard shipping will be dispatched from our warehouse in the following 1-2 business days. If you have ordered with express shipping prior to 1pm (ACST) they will be dispatched on the same day. Express shipping orders after 1pm (ACST) will be dispatched the following day.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide. Please note that we will not dispatch orders on South Australian or National public holidays.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a shipping confirmation order once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email will contain your Australia Post tracking code, which you can use to receive live updates on your parcel.
For an estimated delivery time frame prior to ordering, you can use the linked Aus Post delivery times. For standard domestic shipping, parcels will normally take between 3-7 business days. Express domestic orders will take on average between 2-4 business days.
Currently there are significant delays for international orders. On average international orders take between 10-30 Business days. If you have not received your parcel, please call Australia Post on 13 76 78 directly to get the latest information. If you still have further issues, you can contact us via email@example.com and we will do our best to help resolve them.
We have multiple delivery options available at checkout. Below we have them listed for your convenience:
- Free Standard Domestic Shipping (Australia Wide)
- $10 Express Shipping (Australia Wide)
- Flat Rate $20 International Shipping (All Countries outside Australia).
All orders shipped within Australia are delivered by Australia Post. If nobody is available at the address to receive the delivery, the parcel will be left in a safe place. If there is no safe place to leave your parcel, then a notification card will be left at your door or in your letterbox and you will be able to retrieve your parcel from a local Post Office.
All shipping costs for refunds are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will have a $5 restocking fee deducted from the order amount.
Duties, Taxes and/or regulatory fees
Any duties, taxes and/or regulatory fees that have been levied on the shipments at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. If you require more information as to whether you will incur any duties or fees on your purchase, please contact the relevant local customs office.
Carrier Brokerage fees
If there are any additional brokerage fees for international orders, they are the responsibility of the customer. These charges, if applicable, are assessed upon the delivery of your postal carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.
