Refunds & Returns

Returning A Product

All product exchanges / returns are only valid if they are returned unopened, in their original packaging & condition. Returns will only be accepted if they are within 30 days of delivery. If the product has been returned in an opened or damaged state, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. All shipping costs for refunds are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will have a $5 restocking fee deducted from the order amount.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please contact support@eyelush.com.au as soon as possible. If you contact us after it has shipped, you will need to wait for the order to be delivered and return mail the parcel back to us in its original condition to receive your refund. Refunds for canceled orders that have shipped will incur a $5 restocking fee that will be deduced from your order amount and you will need to cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using registered post or posting that includes a tracking number, as if we don't receive the product, we cannot provide a refund.

 

12 Week Guarantee

We are confident that you’ll love our products as much as we do. If after 12 weeks of daily use you haven't seen any growth in your lashes or brows we will refund you 100% of the products price at the time of ordering. To qualify for the guarantee you must apply the serum every night for 12 weeks, take a time stamped photo before using, at the 6 week mark & after 12 weeks. Photos must be time stamped so that we can verify their authenticity. For more details, please refer to our dedicated page.

 

Damaged Products

In the situation where your order arrives damaged, please email us straight away at support@eyelush.com.au and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
