Shopping at EYELUSH is extremely secure. Our entire checkout process including payment details is protected by state of the art encryption technology. We also don’t store any debit or credit-card details.

We use Australia Post to deliver all orders within Australia. Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-2 business days of ordering, while Express orders are processed same day (prior to 1pm ACST) or in the next business day (after 1pm ACSt). Standard Shipping orders normally take between 3 - 7 business days and Express shipping orders take on average between 2-4 business days. Please allow slightly longer if you live in a regional area.

International orders are experiencing significant delays at the moment. Please allow between 10-30 business days for your order to be delivered.

Yes, we absolutely offer shipping worldwide. international orders have a flat rate $20 shipping fee and take between 10-30 business days to be delivered.

Standard shipping on all orders within Australia is free.

Express shipping within Australia has a flat rate $10 fee.

International shipping has a flat rate $20 fee.

Before contacting us, please make sure that you have checked your junk / spam folder and you have checked the email address you entered when ordering. If you believe you may have given incorrect contact details or still haven’t received any notification, please contact us at support@eyelush.com.au straight away.

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to check its current status.

If you aren’t available or have missed the delivery of your package, you will be notified which local post office it is being stored. You will have 14 days to pick up your package, otherwise it will be sent back to us.

If you would like your order to be re-shipped, there will be a fee of $10. Alternatively, if you would like a refund, we will refund the order amount minus $15 for shipping and restocking. EYELUSH is not liable for parcels that have not been collected.

We encourage you to make sure that you are using the correct address when filling out your shipping details at checkout. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped we are not able to change the address. If you think you have made a mistake, please contact us at support@eyelush.com.au as soon as possible, so that we can make the relevant changes prior to fulfilling your order.

If you have input the wrong address and your order has shipped, please contact Australia Post directly. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped, you will need to wait for it to be delivered and return the parcel back to us in its original condition to receive your refund. Refunds for canceled orders will incur a $5 restocking fee that will be deduced from your order amount and you will need to cover the return shipping costs.

EYELUSH serums are packed with vitamins, peptides and other highly effective ingredients that have been proven to help stimulate the length, volume & thickness of your lashes & brows. All of our serums are cruelty free and vegan, and are completely safe to use.

Make sure your eye area is dry and clear of any makeup or skincare products. Apply the serum every night following the instruction label provided & included on the box. Repeat daily for 4-6 weeks in order to see the initial results and up to 12 weeks for final results.

Yes, you can use EYELUSH serums if you use contact lenses. Before applying the serum we recommend you take out your contact lenses.

It is important to remain patient and use the serum on a consistent basis. The time it takes to see visible results can vary from person to person, however you should start to see the initial changes in 4-6 weeks. In order to see the best results, use the serum as instructed for 12 weeks.

Yes, you can use the eyelash serum on your eyebrows (they are the same formula). However to see the best results we recommend using the eyebrow serum, as it comes with a dedicated applicator. Before applying the serum to your eyebrows, make sure that they are clear of any oil, dirt or make-up.

No, there is no need to apply the serum to your lower lashes. After applying the serum to your upper lash area, the serum will be transferred to your lower lashes when blinking or shutting your eyes.

Once opened, the serum will last for 6 months. The serums will be enough for at least 3-4 months of daily use.

We sincerely apologise if we have made a mistake with the contents of your order. If you think that you have received the wrong item, please contact us at support@eyelush.com.au within 48 hours from delivery of your parcel with your order number and a photo of your packing slip & items received.

Refunds are only available for products that are unopened and in their original packaging & condition. Refunds will only be accepted within 30 days of delivery. If the product has been returned in a damaged state, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. All shipping costs for refunds are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will have a $5 restocking fee deducted from the order amount.

Yes, absolutely we do! We are confident that you’ll love our products as much as we do. If you don’t see any results after 12 weeks of regular use, we will refund you 100% of the product's price when you ordered.

How do you qualify? Follow this 3 easy steps:

2. Take a photo of your lashes before using the serum, at 6 weeks & after the 12 weeks have expired and compare the difference. These photos need to be time stamped so we can verify their authenticity.
